Eating Healthy and Feeling Great by Ridding My Life of Dangerous Additives

I read an article by Vigilant Citizen titled “Dumbing-Down Society Part 3: How to Reverse its Effects” that changed our lives. After reading this article I was very upset and on a mission. I did not want my family poisoned any longer. I started looking through our cupboards and reading the labels on everything.

Eating truly healthy is quite a challenge.

I thought we ate a fairly healthy diet but that article pointed out several things we needed to change. I was determined at least to focus on the three main dangerous additives in our diet.

  1. Aspartame
  2. MSG Mono-sodium Glutamate
  3. High Fructose corn syrup

Aspartame was the worst and greatest discovery.

It was the cause of most if not all of my illnesses. There are 92 reactions/side affects from this additive and I had about 12 or more that came and went depending on how much I consumed.

I enjoy cooking most of the time. I like making new things. Well at least the idea of it, but then when we start I’m frustrated because I have to go back and forth to the directions to make sure I don’t screw it up. I usually do though and have to start over or make adjustments.
